Meet the Director

Marriah Vengroff, MEd.

Marriah is a dedicated educator with over 16 years of experience in education and child care. For the past 10 years, she has worked in Jewish education at Temple Shalom, where she has cultivated a passion for fostering a vibrant, inclusive Jewish community. Marriah is excited to bring her love for experiential Jewish learning and her enthusiasm for the magic of camp to Shalom After School, where she hopes to inspire and engage students in a fun and meaningful way. Throughout her career, she has always been committed to creating a nurturing and supportive environment where children can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. Marriah believes in the power of hands-on learning and the importance of building strong relationships with both students and families.
